Wayne Rooney announces his son Kai signs for Manchester United
On Thursday, the former Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney said that his son, Kai, has signed for Manchester United.
The 35-year-old Wayne Rooney posted a photo on Twitter together with his wife Colleen and 11-year-old Kai, who hold up a Manchester United No. 10 shirt , the number his father wore for the club with his name on his back.

In 2004, Wayne Rooney joined Manchester United from Everton and became the record goalscorer of the club, scoring 253 goals in 559 appearances at Old Trafford over 13 years before rejoining Everton.
Before joining the English Championship club Derby County as player-coach in January this year, Wayne Rooney moved to Major League Soccer side DC United in 2018.
