MHADA (Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority) has initiated the lottery registration process to assign affordable homes to buyers in Pune’s low and mid-income group. The people who want to apply for MIG and LIG houses will have to complete the MHADA Pune Lottery 2020 registration form at the official MHADA website. It will also hold a draw on high-income community flats for allocation.
The MHADA has stretched up with 5,579 flats for lottery winners and 68 plots for allocation.
The registration process started on Thursday and will finish at 5 pm on January 11 2021. The last date for online applications to be submitted is January 12, 2021. The payment deadline for the application fee is January 13 2021.
Step to register MHADA Pune lottery 2020
- Visit lottery.mhada.gov.in
- Click on the register option and fill in the necessary information to create a username and password.
- Complete the application form and select lottery and scheme
- Make the fee payment.
- Take a printout of the acknowledgement form
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar launched the online application process. The houses will be allocated in Pune, Solapur, Sangli and Kolhapur.
“The responsibility of giving houses to poor people at affordable prices through the MHADA is on. The schemes are receiving a good response to faith created in the minds of the people,” Pawar was saying in an official announcement.
The assistant chief minister explained that the entire lottery mechanism is open and that intermediaries have no scope. He cautioned that individuals should not fall victim to fraud.
