Let’s take a look at the VPL’s Day 8 Highlights! On Friday, the VPL had its last day of league matches, with one spot in the knockouts still up for grabs. And after the three matches on day 8, semifinalists were decided, which are Salt Pond Breakers (14 points), La Soufriere Hikers (14 points), Botanic Garden Rangers (10 points) and Grenadines Divers (4 points), as the points table stands after the competition’s league phase ends on Friday.
Dark View Explorers lost their match against Salt Pond Breakers, eliminating them from the league. La Soufriere Hikers won the first match of the day over Fort Charlotte Strikers. The Botanic Garden Rangers have won the second match, beating Grenadine Divers on the last ball by four wickets.
