Tamim: Shakib is the best cricketer of all time in Bangladesh
Shakib Al Hasan is considered to be one of the greatest all-rounders of all time in international cricket. As a Bangladeshi team, he is also one of the greatest cricketers in the history of the world. Since the beginning of his career, he has given a lot to the squad. He is one of the few cricketers whose contribution has often moved the team from a weak role to a powerful place. He has got nearly all the records for the national cricket team. Today, Tamim Iqbal has declared Shakib the best cricketer of all time in Bangladesh.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has introduced some rules and regulations to prevent any match fixing in cricket matches. One of it was if a cricketer is approached by anyone to intend for a match fixing activity the cricketer should inform the ICC immediately. However, the former Bangladesh’s captain failed to do so when he was contacted by an Indian bookie. Later, after this became revealed, Shakib was charged with shielding a bid from a bookie. As a result, the ICC brought him to trial and suspended him from all forms of cricket for 2 years. Yet after confessing his error, the fine was limited to 1 year.
The timeline for Shakib’s sentence is coming to an end in October this year. Shakib’s absence has lost a great deal from the national team, Tamim added. Tamim identified Shakib Al Hasan as the best cricket player of all time in Bangladesh during a live chat video on a Facebook page. Tamim also mentioned that everyone will desire for a player like Shakib in their team as he got such a class. However, there is still so much time till October. He believes that after the suspension has ended Shakib will be back with great enthusiasm. He thinks that Shakib is the best cricketer and performer of all time in Bangladesh.
