Cricket West Indies (CWI) has chosen a 14-member squad to take the flight to England tour on July 8. Jason Holder will head the team. Chemar Holder and Nkrumah Bonner have named two uncapped names to the West Indies squad as three players (Darren Bravo, Shimron Hetmyer, and Keemo Paul) refused to join the tour due to the coronavirus. The series will be played behind closed doors, as the Government of the United Kingdom allows the traveling team to enter the country.
The three scheduled match of the Wisden trophy 2020:
First Test: vs. West Indies: July 8-12 at Ageas Bowl
Second Test: vs. West Indies: July 16-20 at Emirates Old Trafford
Third Test: vs. West Indies: July 24-28 at Emirates Old Trafford
The three trophy matches for Wisden will be played entirely in a bio-secure setting. The series, originally expected to be played in June, was moved to July due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After a lot of uncertainty England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) finally revealed the series schedule.
Jason Holder and the team will head straight for quarantining and training to Emirates Old Trafford, the venue for three weeks before shifting to the Ageas Bowl for the start of the first test. The selectors have revealed, along with the 14 regular tests, and another 11 reserve players. Young fast bowler Chemar Holder, unrelated to captain Jason Holder, was impressive in domestic cricket finally gained a place on the test side.

In an official statement, Cricket West Indies (CWI) said it is completely respecting their decision and will not be holding it against them while assessing future selection.
